The simplest way to describe our full range of services is that we represent a complete outsourced accounting/finance department, from bookkeeping & accounting up to the Chief Financial Officer role.  We take care of everything from entering daily/weekly transactions, closing the books at month-end, preparing the financial statements, and then translating the financial information into actionable recommendations to improve future results.  If a client wishes, we will even help them implement changes/solutions.

 

Our ideal clients are mid-sized companies in the greater Seattle area who operate in the manufacturing, wholesale, retail or service industries.  They need someone who can give a voice to their financial data, answering their questions rather than just giving them a page of numbers, but they can’t afford to pay for a full-time CFO.  For one flat monthly fee, we’ll take care of everything.  And, for those clients who already have a great accounting staff, we can provide only the high-level CFO services.  All our work is customized to our individual clients’ needs.
